Round 1:

Post and pre-emergent weed controls are applied to control any existing weeds and prevent future weed pressures.

Round 2:

Post and pre-emergent weed controls are applied to control any existing weeds and prevent future weed pressures. Applications that are applied after the beginning of April will also include a nitrogen based fertilizer as the turf transitions out of dormancy.

Round 3:

A nitrogen based fertilizer is applied to promote growth and color as the turf transitions out of dormancy. Post emergent weed controls are applied if necessary.

Round 4:


A custom blended granular fertilizer is applied to promote overall health and color to the turf utilizing a blended nutrient package. Post emergent weed controls are applied if necessary.

Round 5:

Pre-emergent weed controls are applied to prevent winter germinating weeds such as Poa Annua. Post emergent weed controls are applied if necessary. Iron may also be applied to maintain green color in the turf. We apply the gold standard product for Poa Annua prevention.

Round 6:
Pre-emergent weed controls are applied to prevent winter germinating weeds such as Poa Annua. Post emergent weed controls are applied, if necessary. We apply the gold standard product for Poa Annua prevention.

Round  7:
Potassium is applied to strengthen the root system during the winter months. Limestone supplements may be applied to condition the soil, which allows the turf to accept nutrients efficiently.
