Fescue Lawns

Round 1:
Fertilization, post and pre-emergent weed controls are applied to control any existing weeds and prevent future weed pressures.

Round 2:
Repeat of Round 1.

Round 3:
Iron is applied to provide green color and nutrients to the Fescue turf as it transitions into warmer weather.

Round 4:
Limestone supplements applied to condition the soil, which allows the lawn to accept nutrients efficiently.

Round 5:
A High-phosphorus fertilizer is applied to promote seed development.  Post emergent weed controls are applied to remove any unwanted weeds before aerating/over seeding. This is the best time to core aerate and seed Fescue lawns.

Round 6:
Fertilizers are applied to help establish the turf and promote root development.
*Weed controls are not applied at this time to prevent damaging new seed.

Round  7:
Fertilizers are applied to maintain growth after seed/aeration.
*Weed controls are not applied at this time to prevent damaging new seed.
